Samantha Davis (she/her) is a distinguished educator, simulationist, and clinician with over 13 years’ experience in respiratory care. As a Fellow of the American Association for Respiratory Care (FAARC), Samantha is widely known for her expertise in neonatal-pediatric respiratory care and simulation-based education. She aspires to develop human-centered, affirming healthcare professionals through immersive simulation experiences.
Samantha is currently enrolled in a Doctor of Medical Sciences (DMSc) program in healthcare leadership and patient safety at Northeastern University. She earned a Graduate Certificate in Healthcare Simulation from Boise State University (‘18), Master of Science degree in Respiratory Care Leadership from Northeastern University (‘14), and undergraduate degrees in Respiratory Care and Health Services Administration from Baker College (‘12 and ‘11). Samantha's contributions to the field have been awarded for teaching, simulation, and innovation from Boise State University, the International Nursing Association for Clinical Simulation and Learning, and the American Respiratory Care Foundation.
She is deeply committed to the advancement of the respiratory care profession and serves in professional societies including the American Association for Respiratory Care, Society for Simulation in Healthcare, International Council for Respiratory Care, Michigan Society for Respiratory Care, and the Interprofessional Education Collaborative.
